Cooking
Onions cut into rings and fry.
To the onions add the grated carrots. Lightly fry.
Add the pepper, cut into thin strips. Mix well. Add salt to taste.
Add the tomatoes, cut into strips, and sugar.
Simmer all for 30 minutes. Then add half a Cup of water and rice. Simmer for another 20 minutes.
