Avocado peel and mash with a fork or grind in a blender with lemon juice (2 tsp).

In portion cups spread: avocados; grapefruit; avocado; salmon.
[b]Do yogurt cream sauce: [/b] to do this, mix the yoghurt with herbs and peeled garlic, salt, pepper and optionally add Tabasco for spice and lemon juice (2H.l).
This sauce is a cream spread on salmon. Serves onderdendam. Bon appetit!
