Salad-cocktail with avocado, salmon and grapefruit
Delicious "blend" salmon, avocado and grapefruit with yogurt sauce: a cold appetizer or salad-cocktail - perfectly refreshing in hot weather, and will take a worthy place on your Desk.

Ingredients

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Grapefruit

    1 piece

  • Yogurt

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    4 tsp

  • Greens

    1 tsp

  • Tabasco

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Black pepper

Avocado peel and mash with a fork or grind in a blender with lemon juice (2 tsp).
