Raita with zucchini
Very tasty dish, especially on a hot summer day (suitable also for pilau, kebab, meat dishes)

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Dill

    0.5 cup

  • Garlic

    1 Tbsp

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

zucchini cut into slices, season with salt

roll in flour and fry in vegetable or olive oil

until Golden brown

folded layers in a deep bowl

garlic and greens, chopped, mix in a separate bowl

add salt, pepper, yogurt and squeeze the juice of a lemon, stir well

pour this mixture into the courgettes and place in refrigerator and serve cold
