Salad with liver
A delicious salad of veal liver. Try it once in a restaurant, I reproduced the house, changing the dressing. I advise You to try!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    500 g

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    150 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sugar

  • Basil

The liver need to pre-boil it, better in the evening and leave in broth to cool. So it will be tender and juicy. The cooled liver cut into thin slices.

Onion cut into half rings and scalded with boiling water.

Cucumbers cut into slices.

If You have a bell pepper large - enough half.

Make a sauce. In a blender beat the egg with the mustard, add the mustard seed, Basil, salt and pepper to taste. Continuing to whisk, pour a thin stream of oil. Then the lemon juice. It remains to add, like, half sugar, and the sauce is ready! You might think that it looks like regular mayonnaise. But that's another story.

Products mix and cover with the sauce. Sprinkle top with sesame seeds, and our salad is ready! Help yourself!
