Salad of fried squid with vegetables
Salad of grilled squid with cherry tomatoes and French beans. Very tasty salad with fried beans, croutons and green sauce. I think this recipe is also worthy of participation in the contest "Scarlett March 8".

Ingredients

  • Squid

    200 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    7 piece

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Parsley

  • Basil

  • Croutons

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Dill

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.75 tsp

Cooking

Cut squid on the plate to make a knife notches and roll in mixture of parsley, Basil and red pepper.

Fry squid in oil for 2 minutes on each side.

Chop the squid into small pieces.

Diced onions and fry until Golden brown.

Add the beans and sauté for about 5-7 minutes.

Egg boil hard boiled and cut into large pieces.

The cherry tomatoes cut into quarters.

Make the sauce: combine all ingredients for sauce and blend in a blender or with a mixer. Try on salt and spices.

Put all the ingredients in layers in any order or mix gently. Before serving sprinkle with croutons and cover with sauce. Bon appetit!
