Pierogi in Ukrainian
This recipe is passed down from generation to generation in my family. Stuffing for dumplings can be done any: for example, berries in summer, potatoes in the winter. We will have dumplings with potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Potatoes

Mix yogurt, 2 eggs, add salt to taste, soda; flour to fall asleep. Mesim dough. Then cover with foil for 20-30 minutes.

The part that is left, divide by 3 and make sausages, cut them into pieces. You get little slices. Unfortunately, I was so fascinated that this step is not photographed.
