Apple pie with pudding
The recipe for this cake I found on a cooking website a friendly Poland. And I want to dedicate it to the man... who was the first to guess its name :)) did everyone know? That's right... Apple pie, only in Polish version... :)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Butter

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Pudding vanilla

    2 pack

  • Milk

    750 ml

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Apple

    1.5 kg

  • Petals

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Bread

Softened butter to pound with powdered sugar

Add the egg, yolks, sour cream and mix well

Pour the flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough. Divide it into two unequal parts. Great to put in the refrigerator and smaller freezer, about 2 hours.

Meanwhile, prepare the pudding. I have been like this.

Of the total amount of milk to separate about 100ml, mix it with the pudding powder and add 4 tablespoons of sugar. If the apples are sour, sugar, you can put more. The rest of the milk put to boil. When it boils, pour into it the pudding mixture and cook one minute while stirring until thick.

Square split form size 23х23см oil and lay a parchment. Put into it the dough from the refrigerator, making the dough and prick with a fork. Sprinkle them with crumbs from the white bread.

Put peeled and chopped apples.

On apples pour the still warm pudding. From top to grate the dough from the freezer and sprinkle with almond petals.

Bake PR 180 deg. approximately 45 minutes ready cake sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut only when well cooled, otherwise the pudding will leak out. Polish Apple pie is ready!
