Chicken in ginger-soy marinade
Deliciously tender and flavorful chickens obtained by this method of marinating. Only Chicks should be weighing less than 1 kilogram. Then they are incredibly tasty. I recommend to cook these chickens and the fresh air on the coals.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    2 piece

  • Ginger

    30 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    100 ml

  • Honey

    30 g

  • Sesame oil

    100 ml

Cooking

Small chickens, rinsed under running water. dry with a paper towel.
