Lamb in beer, cooked in aerogrill
I don't really like lamb because of the smell, but having prepared so disappeared her peculiar smell, is very gentle grill! (Sorry for quality of pictures)

Ingredients

  • Lamb

    3 piece

  • Beer

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

Washed neck put in with the bread, poured beer and promarinovali.

After marinading put in aerogrill on credul the grate and cook at a temperature of 200 gr. 30 min., and then bottom rack for another 15 min. at T - 150 gr. Garnish cooked rice. Bon appetit!
