Cooking
Boil small pasta until soft. If the packet indicates the time at 8 mins, then reduce it to 2 minutes. Rinse after cooking with cold water.
Prepared sauerkraut rinsed and squeeze. Peel and grate 2 apples, mix with cabbage.
Finely chop the onion and saute in butter (lard) until transparent.
Fish fillet cut into strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.
