Casserole in Baden
Have you ever been on the Baden-Baden? No? Me too - never been, but zapekanok of those places I soblaznila... and no wonder! Highly recommend the fish lovers and those who have in store remained sauerkraut: well what a resort without utilities?... and without a good impression of the food is not enough...

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

  • Apple

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vodka

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil small pasta until soft. If the packet indicates the time at 8 mins, then reduce it to 2 minutes. Rinse after cooking with cold water.

Prepared sauerkraut rinsed and squeeze. Peel and grate 2 apples, mix with cabbage.
