Pork beer
Pork tender and juicy, the beer with a spicy aroma. A delicious flavor!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Beer

    250 ml

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Bay leaf

    4 piece

  • Allspice

    5 piece

  • Black pepper

    10 piece

  • Salt

Meat cut into portions. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with mint. Allow to infuse for about half an hour.

Cut the onion half rings. Grease the pan with oil. Put in pan with onions. There also put a pea allspice and black pepper, Bay leaf.

Spread on top meat.

Pour meat and onion with beer. Close the pan with foil (my foil was over, I just closed the lid). Put in oven at t=180*C for 50-60 minutes.

Remove the foil and leave the meat for another 15 minutes, so the meat browned.

Take out from the oven baked pork prepared with beer and served to the table portion.
