Wow, borschets
My family loves thick soups, well that the spoon almost stood. For fans of these soups this delicious soup! The fat to soup a must!

Ingredients

  • Seasoning

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Cabbage

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Leeks

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Beef

    300 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Ketchup

Cooking

Technology cooking borscht in detail I will not describe it all so well know, just show what and what was added. Beef cut into small cubes.

Allow the soup to simmer for two minutes to absorb the fragrance and flavor of vegetables and herbs. Then just sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

Then add the cabbage. And five minutes before shutdown, add the beets, grated on a coarse grater (I also had prepared in the freezer). Beets finally add in order to be beautiful, rich color.

Decorate with greens and sour cream. The soup must file bacon, garlic.
