Cooking
Mini because they are in two times less than classic juicy with the cheese. Beat softened butter or margarine with sugar. If you use butter, then a little salt if the margarine is not necessary, and so it is salty in itself.
Add the egg and sour cream. Stir until smooth.
Add flour mixed with soda. Knead soft, pliable dough. Flour may take less or more depending on the gluten quality.
Prepare the filling: cottage Cheese to grind with sugar and protein, add the flour, a pinch of salt and vanilla. Yolk to leave for lubrication of juicy.
Dried apricots, (preferably to take soft and not very large), rinse and dry. If the solid dried apricots, for a short while to soak in warm water. If large, it can be cut in half.
Roll the dough to a thickness 6-7 mm cut out small circles. Put a teaspoon of the filling in the middle to put the dried apricots and bend in half. Edge press down lightly with the tines of a fork.
Grease the top with yolk and sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 200 C 20-25 minutes, depending on the characteristics of your oven.
