Cooking
Here are our main ingredients. Vegetables you must wash, peel the onion, fish to prepare
Cook the potatoes and carrots.
Boil the fish. I cook the fish with the brine from pickled vegetables (per 1 liter of water, 500 ml brine), if you have no brine, add water, peppercorns and allspice, Bay leaf, dill seeds, or "legs" of fresh dill, vinegar (1tbsp. L. 1.5 liters of water)
Cut into dice the potatoes, carrots, cucumbers, onions and apples (if desired, peel)
Cooled fish, separate fillets from the bones and skin, dismantle into pieces.
For the filling, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup, chopped dill. Add salt and pepper to taste
Dressed the salad, gently mix and serve!
