Salad greens with garlic
Salad with aroma of freshness and... summer!!! Very simple but very tasty salad-snack! Well suited to meat, poultry, fish. Yes, to anything!!! And shish kebab, pilaf or grilled chicken!!! Try it! Sure You will like it!!!

Ingredients

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vinegar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    0.2 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Lettuce

Parsley to sort, wash in cold water, dry and cut into large chunks, not Melkite. Thick stems I don't use.

Put the parsley in a deep bowl, add sugar, salt if necessary (be careful, because soy sauce will add) and Apple cider vinegar. Mix well.

Garlic is clean and skip through the press.

Green onions to touch, wash, dry and finely chop.

Add green onions and garlic to the parsley. Mix well. Before serving, season salad with soy sauce and olive oil (if desired).
