Beetroot with a sauce of herring
All long love the combination of beets with salted fish. It's a combination I associate with the holiday. I this combination of trying to translate sometimes from a new angle. And today I want to offer you a delicious appetizer of beets with an unusual sauce, spicy herring and sprat.

Ingredients

  • Herring

    100 g

  • Sprat

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    60 g

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Beets

    200 g

  • Mustard

    2 tsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Spiced sprats free from heads and viscera.

Put all in a bowl and grind in a blender, then add the mayonnaise and again run the blender sauce. Season with mustard and pepper to taste. Before serving store in refrigerator. The sauce can be stored up to 3 days.

Wrap the beets in foil and bake in the oven until done, let cool in foil. Then expand and clean. Cut into very thin slices.
