Cookies couscous
Again, my diet Breakfast. Came up already several times made, I really like it - and here it seems nothing like not found. No butter, no sugar (although if you want, you can add), on top of a crust, soft inside, very simple and hopefully useful... the Invention, in one word.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    1 cup

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    0.5 tsp

  • Mac

    1 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Take the Cup of couscous, pour a glass of kefir. Leave for 10 minutes to soak.

Add the poppy seeds, cinnamon, cocoa, can sugar to taste or anything else.

Spread with a spoon on a medium grill aerogrill, covered with foil. Run for 10 minutes, 200 degrees, blowing the smallest. After this, turn them around the other side (they are hot, so cautiously). I thought would stick to the foil, but nothing, well separated. Put another 10 minutes with the same settings.

Brew delicious tea (I have mint) and eat Breakfast! Bon appetit!
