    0.5 can

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

Cooking

step-0
Cauliflower blanch in boiling water for 3 minutes. Rinse with cold water and allow to drain. Onion cut into half rings and fry in small amount of vegetable oil. The cooled cabbage disassemble into florets and add to the onions. Fry until Golden brown, at the same time sprinkling with salt, preferably sea, and a set of spices for the pizza (mixture of peppers, dried Basil and origanum (oregano) powder.

step-2
With pineapple, drain the juice, but not pressing, they should be moist.
step-3
Paprika cut into strips, olives - rings.
step-4
Thawed puff pastry cut into portioned squares, a little sprinkle with flour (not stuck together) and folded the stack.
step-5
Take a square of dough, put the prepared tomatoes (or lightly grease with ketchup). I have too big and heavy layer is, so it is not necessary to do!!!
step-6
Spread on top of cauliflower.
step-7
Then add olives and paprika.
step-8
Ideally, sprinkle with cheese, in the absence of (he I suddenly ran out) -close the mayonnaise. On top lay slices of pineapple.
step-9
Put in warmed up to 190 degrees the aerogrill and bake 20 minutes. When serving you can decorate with a sprig of parsley. Bon appetit! Note: the filling I went too far, took too much pizza and bad rose. So, the conclusion...
