    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Salt

  • Dried apricots

  • Prunes

Cooking

step-0
Carrot RUB on a small grater.
step-1
Add the cottage cheese. I was soft, but with grains.
step-2
Egg whisk with sugar (you can use regular sugar) and a pinch of salt. Much fluff they don't need, as long as the sugar is slightly dissolved.
step-3
Carrot-cottage cheese mass add the melted (in the microwave) butter.
step-4
And the egg mixture.
step-5
Add the baking powder..
step-6
.. and vanilla sugar.
step-7
Flour. I got a glass (250 ml) with a large slide. That is, if translated into the normal measurement - 1+1/4 Cup flour.
step-8
Here is the dough.
step-9
Dried apricots and prunes wash and cut into strips.
step-10
A baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Spread with a spoon biscuits. It will increase in size, so lay out the biscuits at a distance from each other.
step-11
Place the dried apricots and prunes on a cookie at random. It's fun to do with the baby.
step-12
And here is my assistant.
step-13
Bake in a preheated 200 degrees oven for even Browning of the edge of the cookie. From above it must remain soft. I baked 50 minutes, but be guided by your oven. Here is cookies turned. Very aromatic with sour dried apricots and prunes, well, and healthy due to the cheese and carrots.
step-14
The bear loved it!!! Only smile did not like... was busy eating cookies!
