Cinnamon torchetti
One of the variations of delicious, crumbly biscuits.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Milk

    140 ml

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Cinnamon

    2 Tbsp

In the bowl of a mixer mix the flour, baking powder, salt, packet of vanilla sugar, the cinnamon and 5 tablespoons of sugar. Add the cubed butter and in impulsive mode, to prepare the crumb

Add 130 -150 ml of milk and quickly knead a soft, elastic dough.

Divide the dough into small pieces, roll them flagella

Folded edge of the flagella to make up. Roll up in a mixture of sugar and cinnamon

Put biscuits on a baking sheet (with baking paper) and bake in a preheated to 180*C oven for 15 minutes.
