Buckwheat soup with beans and mushrooms
Very flavorful, lean, wholesome soup with green beans, buckwheat and mushrooms. Extra flavor from the allspice and garlic, quick cooking soup will make you a good dinner unexpected guests. The soup is delicious both hot and cold form!

Ingredients

  • Buckwheat

    3 Tbsp

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Green beans

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Water

    600 ml

  • Allspice

    3 piece

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

Buckwheat wash, pour water. Put on the fire, as boiling to cook under a lid on low heat until soft (5-7 minutes).
