Harcho vegetarian with mushrooms
I suggest you to try delicious option for vegetarian kharcho soup with mushrooms and green beans. Very tasty, rich and aromatic soup. Ideal for post separate nutrition or diet. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Water

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

  • Khmeli-suneli

    1 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Powder mushroom

    3 Tbsp

  • Green beans

    1 handful

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    1 piece

Cooking

Wash the rice under running water and soak for 30 minutes.

I used red fragrant Jasmine rice from TM "Mistral".

In a saucepan, add water and bring to a boil. As soon as the water boils, put the rice, salt to taste and chopped garlic. Cook for 15 minutes after re-boil.

Meanwhile, prepare zazharku. Finely chop onion, carrot grate. Onions and carrots of the rumor stew in vegetable oil until soft.

Then add the Khmeli-suneli, pepper and tomato paste. If you want to cook the soup more spicy, then you add the chopped red pepper. Stir.

After 15 minutes add into the pot the rice is cooked zazharku, Bay leaf and mushroom powder ( or pre-soaked dried mushrooms) and cook for another 15 minutes.

Petiolar celery and green beans cut into small pieces.

Add soup, celery, green beans and parsley (I have dried minced) and cook until cooked beans, about 10 minutes.

And cook until cooked beans, about 10 minutes.

Serve hot with sour cream or without.
