Delicate cake is ideal for those who bought the not-so-sweet apricots.

Ingredients

  • Apricot

    10 piece

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Honey

    150 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    20 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 tsp

Cut the apricots, remove pits.

Butter and honey mix.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg yolks with the honey-oil mixture.

Beat the whites with 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
