Cooking
Cut the apricots, remove pits.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the egg yolks with the honey-oil mixture.
Beat the whites with 2 teaspoons lemon juice.
Proteins must rise and become dense foam.
To the dough add the flour.
Carefully enter the proteins. Mix well.
To connect the nuts and dough.
Put the dough in a baking dish, sprinkle the apricots and place in oven for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees.
The finished cake remove from oven, cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour honey.
