Soup
Soup of the English national cuisine. Don't know, hence the name. But this delicate chicken soup with a slight creamy flavor will especially appeal to children. Cooked very simply and quickly.

Ingredients

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Chicken

    300 g

  • Figure

    80 g

  • Leeks

    100 g

  • The processed cheese

    100 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    4 sprig

  • Salt

    4 pinch

Cooking

The chicken boil, remove from the pan, strain the broth and return it to the fire.

Rice wash. I use basmati rice TM Mistral.

Sauté in butter.

In the broth add the rice and associated with a thread of sprigs of parsley. Cook for 10 minutes.

Parsley remove. Add fried chicken with onion. Salt.
