Description
Soup of the English national cuisine. Don't know, hence the name. But this delicate chicken soup with a slight creamy flavor will especially appeal to children. Cooked very simply and quickly.

Cooking
The chicken boil, remove from the pan, strain the broth and return it to the fire.
Rice wash. I use basmati rice TM Mistral.
The chicken and leek slice.
In the broth add the rice and associated with a thread of sprigs of parsley. Cook for 10 minutes.
Parsley remove. Add fried chicken with onion. Salt.
Processed raw grate (better to pre-freeze a little. Add to soup and cook to dissolve cheese.
