Cooking

step-0
Wash the meat. Peel the carrot. Together to make the stew. I had the lamb ribs, but I also had prepared harira and camel meat and chicken, equally delicious.
step-1
Boil until half of the meat add the potatoes, washed peeled tomato and garlic
step-2
Add salt, pepper, cumin and cook until cooked meat and vegetables
step-3
When meat and vegetables are ready, pull out all of the broth... the stove to turn off the... vegetables to turn into mashed potatoes...
step-4
Crumble the meat into strips
step-5
Again all back into the broth and stir
step-6
Add 1.5 tablespoons of tomato paste and stir
step-7
When the broth again boils add crushed spelled... spelled I put a little less than 0.5 cups, for a surprising number of products... if you need more broth and spelt more
step-8
Small bunch coriander and cook for 30-40 minutes on low heat stirring periodically, as spelt sticks to the bottom
step-9
In the end it turns out to be a delicious and thick soup... sooooo delicious! It is eaten by pouring lemon juice
