Cooking
Beat eggs with flour diluted in cold milk with olive oil, season with salt and pepper to taste.
In a well heated pan with non-stick coating large diameter to make an omelet (if possible, you can fry it on both sides).
Cool in the pan and gently pull on plastic wrap.
Mix thinly sliced ham, lettuce, cucumber and cheese (pre-grated on a fine grater).
Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise and crushed garlic.
On the edge of the omelette gently lay the salad and roll so that the seam was at the bottom.
Cut with a sharp knife into portions and serve as an appetizer.
