Salad of cod liver with rice
If you happen to buy quality canned cod liver, offer to prepare a simple and delicious salad.

Ingredients

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    80 g

  • Green peas

    4 Tbsp

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    6 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. I used round grain rice Kuban from TM Mistral.

With cod liver to drain the oil, mix with rice.

Eggs boil, RUB on a small grater.

Grate cheese on a fine grater. With canned peas drain the fluid.

To make the sauce. Pickled cucumbers to grate on a fine grater, gently squeeze, mix with mayonnaise. Optionally, you can mix the mayonnaise with sour cream.

In a La carte dishes spread the salad layers: - the mass of rice with the liver; - peas; - sauce; - eggs; sauce; cheese. Before serving to cool and infuse for 20 minutes.
