Potato buns with pork and chicken
Potato pork buns for the adults and chicken for the kids. These potato bread buns are a great option for making a big Mac at a picnic. Buns turned out very soft. The original recipe called "Focaccia".

Ingredients

  • Flour

  • Butter

  • Yeast

  • Soy sauce

  • Lemon juice

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

Boil the peeled potatoes. To cook from it puree. Mix in a bowl the flour, yeast, salt, butter, warm milk and warm mashed potatoes. Should get a soft elastic dough. Cover with cling film and put in warm place to rise.
