Appetizer of potato and avocado with fish mousse
Well, there's not much to tell, salmon and avocado are fighting against senile dementia and more, everything is simple and most importantly delicious.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Vinegar

  • Salmon

    200 g

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Dill

Boil potatoes in skins, cool, peel and slice.

Avocado to slice and sprinkle with lemon juice. Leave the avocado pit in a Cup until the last moment, so the avocado won't brown.

Gently stir potatoes, cucumbers, avocado and add chopped dill.
