This recipe I have was born spontaneously and was wondering how it will taste. Dear cooks, it came out Very tasty)) All my family love it!!! Share with you my story.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    400 g

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Sesame

    20 g

  • Oat flakes

    30 g

  • Flour

    20 g

Cooking

Frozen mushrooms and vegetables to put on the heating or thawing. So they started the water. Drain into a bowl of water and add the Oat flakes, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and flour. Knead the dough for batter.

Dipped in tempura vegetables and mushrooms.

Put in round pan for frying. All the better to cook separately. Separate mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower or your favourite vegetables.

Cook at 200*C for 40-50 minutes, stirring occasionally.
