Salad with lentils and grilled cheese
Delicious, easy and at the same time satisfying salad. What we need for our Sunny but still cool spring! Bell pepper gives the dish a light sweetness, tomatoes - fresh, chili and onion pungency. Lentils and fried cheese make it more nutritious, and the teriyaki sauce will enrich the taste and balance of all the dish!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    30 g

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 coup

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    0.333 piece

  • Adyghe cheese

    2 slice

  • Sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The lentils boil until tender, season with salt and cool. Tomatoes and peppers cut into large cubes.

Finely chopped onion, herbs and chilli finely chopped.

Mix all ingredients and season with teriyaki sauce and olive oil to taste.

Cheese cut into thick slices and fry in a preheated grill pan until Golden stripes. Fried cheese to put on salad.
