Cooking
I use small white beans "Blanche" from TM "Mistral". Pre-boiled one package of beans by following the recommendations on the pack. Soaked for 4 h, and then boiled until tender about 1.5 hours In a boiled, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator. Thus, it is convenient to use during the week for several meals!
Beets also need to cook in advance. Peel and grate on a coarse grater.
Pepper cut into small cubes, garlic passed through the press.
In a bowl mix the beets, beans, peppers, and garlic. In a separate Cup mix olive oil and lemon juice. Refill our salad. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Allow to infuse for 15-20 minutes. Spread on a dish.
Sprinkle top with fresh, chopped herbs and cranberries!
