Salad with chickpeas, Spanish-style
A simple salad can be original, economical and very tasty. This is easily seen, come in.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    400 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Chickpeas from TM Mistral pre-soak in cold water, preferably overnight, rinse, put in a pot, pour fresh water and boil until tender.

Cheese cut into small cubes. If you had a sheep's milk cheese, lucky you cool, cook with cheese.

Wash the parsley, shake of water, take the leaves and roughly chop.

Wash lemon with hot water, dry and grate the peel. Squeeze in the juice.

Mix 4-5 tablespoons of lemon juice with zest, salt, pepper and 1 pinch of sugar, mix with olive oil.

Fill this salad dressing, let stand for about 30 minutes.

Then again pepper, salt to taste and serve. Optional: add some slices of tomato.
