The salad with raw pumpkin and pear
I think we all know that pumpkin is very useful. I, for example, during pumpkin season, try to eat often. As in soups and in salads. Today I want to offer You a salad, which is prepared in a matter of minutes, but gives fully enjoy the generous gifts of autumn. Gentle taste of pumpkin, fresh mint, fits in harmoniously with the sweetness of pear, contrasted by the spicy sharpness of red onion and finished the final chord of crunchy walnuts.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    150 g

  • Pear

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Walnuts

    3 piece

  • Mint

    4 piece

  • Parsley

  • Olive oil

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1.5 Tbsp

The pumpkin (150 grams) to clear of seeds and peel, cut into thin slices (I used a grater).
