Spicy salad of tomatoes and red onion
Offer my version of a salad that is suitable for diet, and it follows all the canons of proper nutrition.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    200 g

  • Chili

    0.5 piece

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Linseed oil

    1 tsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

  • Flax seeds

    1 tsp

Cooking

Tomatoes cut into large chunks. Large order to a salad if you insist let less juice and not turned to mush

Onion cut into half rings

Finely chop the chilli and garlic. Fill with balsamic vinegar and soy sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes, until the pepper and garlic marinated

Add black pepper and linseed oil

Stir well the salad dressing

Mix the tomatoes and onions, add the greens, pour the dressing, stir well, sprinkle the flax seed and let stand 10-15 minutes
