Chakapuli of mushrooms
My version of lean chakapuli... the Smell of this dish nstall charms that I fell in love with it the first time :)

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Tarragon

    3 coup

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Fry finely chopped onion in vegetable oil

Mushrooms (I have mushrooms) oyster mushrooms cut into at will who he loves

Sauteed onions with sliced mushrooms and simmer them over a slow fire until tender (I added a half Cup of water, because I love juicy... bread handling :))

Greens tarragon (large bunches) cilantro and slice as desired (large or small)

Gribochki salt and pepper, sprinkle them with herbs and garlic and simmer for another 5 minutes (in real meat chakapuli put whole fruits tkemali but fungi are so specific aroma and taste that I decided not to put)
