Chicken with rice in Cuban
Pollo con Arroz. This was my FIRST family life mastered dish. Before marriage, I knew how to cook only scrambled eggs! And though it took many years, and no one now can complain about my cooking, chicken in Cuban remains a favorite dish in my family. Maybe you'll like it?

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    1 kg

  • Lemon juice

    4 tsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Red sweet pepper

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Spices

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Dry white wine

    4 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    0.5 can

  • Pepper pepperoni

  • Broth

    2 cup

  • Brine

    1 cup

Cooking

Chicken legs or divide into 6-8 pieces, RUB with salt, lemon juice and sliced garlic cloves.

While the chicken is marinating, peel onion, paprika, tomatoes, chop them finely (preferably grated). Fry in vegetable oil onion and bell pepper, then add tomatoes (or tomato. pasta).

After 5 minutes add the chicken and simmer it until almost cooked (about 20 minutes).

Then take out the chicken, add to the pan white wine 1 Cup broth (or water) and 1 Cup of liquid from peas and pickled peppers (about 2/3 of the peas and 1/3 of the pepper). Fall asleep clean the rice, stir and put the chicken pieces. Simmer until the rice is tender, stirring. Of course, salt and pepper to taste.

When the rice is ready, plate off, spread on a dish chicken and rice mixed with peas.
