Chicken breast in a cranberry glaze
Universal sauce is a glaze that doubles as a marinade for grilling and sauce for filing will make the simplest chicken fillet gourmet hot dish on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Cranberry

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    50 g

  • Cinnamon

    2 piece

  • Star anise

    4 piece

  • Orange zest

    5 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Dry red wine

    100 ml

  • Chicken fillet

    250 g

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Cranberries, cinnamon, star anise and the zest, place in a saucepan

Pour in the wine and boil for 10 minutes

Remove the cinnamon and star anise. Cranberries along with the zest crush blenderm, add brown sugar and sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman"

Add butter, heat until boiling and remove from heat

Chicken fillet wash, dry cloth, RUB with salt, sprinkle with lemon juice. Coat chicken cranberry glaze on all sides (it will take approximately 3 tbsp). Tighten the baking dish with foil and leave the fillets to marinate for 1 hour. Use the remaining sauce for filing

Place fillets in heated to 200 degrees oven, bake until tender, about 25-30 minutes.
