Cooking
Mix all ingredients for dough.
Knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Spread batter into prepared pan 26cm. Moulded high sides. The dough is often pierced with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 200g for 10 minutes.
Bacon and ham (cooked sausage) cut into small pieces. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Put in separate bowl and add finely chopped green onions.
Add ham (or boiled sausage) and cheese. Mix well.
Spread the filling onto the hot body.
Beat the eggs and sour cream. Add salt and nutmeg
Pour the oil mixture over the filling.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 for 45 minutes.
