Tart with salty meat
If I tortured sweet cakes, try my salted meat quiche! It's a fantasy for my guests, the daughter and granddaughter! They were very pleased! Help yourself and you!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Dry white wine

    3 Tbsp

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Nutmeg

    2 pinch

  • Salt

    2 tsp

  • Brisket

    150 g

Cooking

Mix all ingredients for dough.

Knead the dough. Wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Spread batter into prepared pan 26cm. Moulded high sides. The dough is often pierced with a fork. Bake in preheated oven at 200g for 10 minutes.

Bacon and ham (cooked sausage) cut into small pieces. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Put in separate bowl and add finely chopped green onions.

Add ham (or boiled sausage) and cheese. Mix well.
