Dear Cooks!!! Offer you a recipe of wonderful pies!!! Yummy pastry and delicious filling will not leave you indifferent!!!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Flour

    4 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Onion peel, wash and finely chop. Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.

To the onions add the finely chopped cabbage. Salt, pepper, stir and fry until tender. In the finished cabbage add two raw eggs and stir a minute until cooked eggs. Add the soy sauce. All stir again.

Prepared stuffing spread on a plate to cool.

Prepare the dough. Water mixed with a mixer with vegetable oil and a pinch of salt. Add the flour gradually. The first two cups of flour, I stirred the dough with a mixer. Adding the third glass with a spoon. Fourth glass pour on a work surface and knead the dough with your hands.

The dough turns elastic and does not stick to hands. One pleasure!!! Cover the pastry and leave for 30 minutes.

Coat the baking pan with parchment and spread our cakes. Whisk the egg and grease patties. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes until it will turn brown. The amount of time, adjust your oven.
