Potato pie with meat and vegetables
Today in our family a significant event, exactly 20 years ago, we arrived with the whole family to live, to serve to the far East, in Primorsky Krai, village of Pokrovka. On this occasion, I decided to make his household that tart.

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Chicken egg

  • Potatoes

  • Cheese

Previously in salted water boil the potatoes.

Merge with potato water. You can just make mashed potatoes the usual way with a potato masher, but I immediately download the hot potatoes in a food processor along with butter and it was crushed into a puree.

Add the flour, one egg and a food processor knead the potato dough.

Take the convenient form, grease with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and spread the potato dough. The liquid dough, spread it with wet hands and set aside.

Next, prepare the filling. For this we need vegetables: sweet peppers: red and yellow onion (you can ready roughly chopped), cherry tomatoes.

Sweet peppers cut into cubes, onion half-rings.

Meat (pork fat) cut into cubes.

Next, in a frying pan until it will turn brown stir fry meat, add to it the chopped peppers and onions. Add salt, black pepper, stirred, carcass a couple of minutes.

There also add halved cherry tomatoes, mix.

Spread roasted vegetables on a potato dough.

Make a fill from a glass of milk, two eggs, salt, whipped with a whisk.

Pour pie "scrambled eggs".

On a large grater RUB cheese, sprinkle on top of pie. Put in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 50 minutes until Golden brown.
