Chowder
Hearty, delicious and simple - if it is in three words! Instead of salt I use soy sauce! Think healthier and tastier!

Ingredients

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Beef

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    0.333 cup

  • Greens

    0.25 coup

Cooking

Boil the meat in one piece until soft in water with soy sauce Kikkoman, pepper and Bay leaf. It is approximately 40 minutes. Meat cutting PA large pieces and return back to the pot.

Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 parts. Add to the meat.

Onions and garlic are roughly chopped. Add to the meat with potatoes. Simmer until cooked potatoes. Even 30 minutes.

From egg and flour knead the dough. Roll out 3 mm thick. Cut into rectangles. Delete the rectangles in the pan for 5-10 minutes until tender. Serve the dish hot. Sprinkle with chopped parsley. Bon appetit!
