Description
I love this almost diet soup when tired of all the meat, I cook it. Here and in the framework of the test drive Zepter pots, I decided to cook it at Zepter rules: vegetables cooked without water. This also decreases the processing time of products, thereby maintaining all the beneficial vitamins and minerals.

Cooking
Shred the cabbage.
On a coarse grater grate the carrots, potatoes cut into strips (or RUB not a grater for French fries)
In a saucepan put potatoes and carrots.
Put the saucepan on a medium heat, cover with a lid and bring the arrow of the controller to start the green skatore (should be on the outer dial of the controller, because we prepare vegetables without water). Then swap the pan on the smallest burner and the small fire. Bring the arrow of the controller to the middle of the green sector (for me it took 5-7 min). Disconnect the fire and leave the vegetables to "languish" at the time of preparation of the fill.
In a saucepan pour the milk, add the soy sauce, honey and butter. Heated (to boil not to bring) as soon as you dissolve the honey and butter, remove from heat.
Pour the filling into the pan with the vegetables, cover with a lid, put on the smallest fire and bring the arrow of the controller to the middle of the green sector (monitor external scale) (approximately 7-10 min). Disconnect the fire and leave the soup to "languish" for another 15 minutes. Try the soup, be sure to add the freshly ground mixture of peppers.
