Green salad
Salad of green vegetables - a storehouse of vitamins!!! This salad can be used as a separate dish, and instead of a side dish. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user Incik called "All green" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Cucumber

    300 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 piece

  • Green onions

    30 g

  • Green peas

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Mayonnaise

  • Salt

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Products for green salad - celery, green onion, cabbage, cucumber, green peas and eggs.

Cut celery, cucumber.

Peas pour boiling water for 3-5 minutes (just to drain the water so that the vitamins left in the water).

Crumble the eggs.

Shred the cabbage.

Season with juice of 1/2 lemon. Lemon juice can be more. And, if desired, homemade mayonnaise (made with olive oil) or olive oil.

Here's a remarkable salad! Although I prefer the salads bright. The more colorful the salad the better!

Part of the salad I made with mayonnaise. Gave the salad a bit of brightness and decorate it with corn, flower and leaf of cucumber.
