Fish in potato coat
It is an independent hot dish. Fish under this layer is very juicy.

  • Potatoes

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

Prepare your ingredients. I had a cod fillet, I cut it into 3 parts.

Prepare our coat. Boiled potatoes and cheese three on a coarse grater. Add sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix everything.

Fish salt, roll in flour and fry for 1 min on each side.
