Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Lentils

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Pumpkin seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Greens

    1 sprig

Cooking

Onion and garlic finely chop

in a saucepan with a thick bottom, saute the onions and garlic in olive oil until Golden brown

Peel and cut the pumpkin in cubes and add to the onions with the garlic, hold the heat for 5 minutes stirring occasionally, be careful not to burnt

Add the diced potatoes

Stir in deceive and hold fire for a couple minutes so the lentils have absorbed the oil

Pour in soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir.

Pour water, add Bay leaf and cook on medium heat until the lentils are tender 10-15 minutes.
