Cake-cupcake
In the footsteps of my "Layer cake". I decided to use my favorite dough without butter, but with the addition of yogurt! It turns out very crumbly dough and unusual looks on the platter!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

  • Sugar

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Apricot

Mix the yogurt (glass not throw it further will serve as a measuring Cup), vegetable oil, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. In one half add the cocoa.

Form grease with oil. Pour the light half of the dough. To put in heated to 180-190 gr. the oven. Bake until lightly Golden. It may take 15-20 min.

Thinly slice the fruit.

Put them on the first layer.

And pour on top of the second half of the dough, which is pre-mixed with cocoa. And again in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender. Readiness check the match.

Set aside until cool. Can be served!
