  • Sour cream

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Cumin

  • Nutmeg

Sift the flour.

Melt the margarine.

Mix flour, margarine and sour cream (4 tablespoons), a little salt ( I don't like it when the dough was just too sweet). The resulting dough is sent for 10 minutes in the freezer.

Meanwhile, grate on a coarse grater cheese (250грамм-about, I take the eye, cheese cake cheese will not spoil)))).

After 15 minutes take it out and pour on top of the filling - 1 egg white whip the remaining cream (or with cream) and add the nutmeg and cumin seeds.Put in oven for 5 minutes.

And here is our cake is ready! I especially love it warm with a hot sweet tea. And I think a cold beer is pretty good))))
