Cod with pesto sauce
Cod fillet baked with pesto sauce.

Ingredients

  • Cod

    700 g

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parmesan

    40 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cod fillet wash, dry. Cut into portions. Put in refractory form (greased with olive oil or covered with baking paper).

Basil, garlic, cheese grind in a blender. Add the olive oil and stir.

The fish pieces to coat with sauce.

Slice the onions and spread on fish.

Bake in the oven at 200° for about 20-25 minutes. Serve with potatoes, rice, vegetables and white wine. Bon appetit!
