Cooking

step-0
Send the seafood in boiling water for 2 minutes if frozen, or 1 minute, if thawed.
step-1
Prepare marinade ingredients: oil, miso paste (use it, because it repeats to taste soy sauce only more concentrated - and, in terms of competition, not...). cane sugar, thyme, chili, balsamic, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
step-2
Mixed.
step-3
Seafood laid out in a bowl and poured the marinade for 20-30 minutes.
step-4
The grapefruit, divide into 2 parts and with a knife carefully remove the pulp. "Skin" we will be plates, and the flesh, without side films sent to seafood.
step-5
Prepare the vegetables. In the list of ingredients I wrote "1 pepper" - photo 2 (they are sooo small I have like 1 normal). Yes, and remembering that cooking in the style of "reggae" and today 5NIZZA (Friday...) - hum quietly a song of the same name of the group: "mother, Mother-may-may-may-may-may-Jamaica my Mom-may-may-may-may-may-my Jamaica, I was born in Jersey....." well, etc.....
step-6
All cut. not in a hurry, because the seafood is still marinated... and why the rush? Reggae... Chile - according to their own feelings.
step-7
Mixed. Tried. Have doolali.
step-8
Shifted to the halves of grape and served with... With rum of course, what else!!! Jamaica....
step-9
step-10
